In Chrome, open the menu and tap Add to Home screen or Install app.

Use it

  1. In TikTok, X, Reddit or any app, tap Share on the video.
  2. Tap DropVid. If you do not see it, tap More or swipe the row of apps; you can pin it to the front.
  3. DropVid opens with the link. Pick the quality, audio only, or just a part, and save.

Where the video goes

Into Downloads. Open the Files app (or My Files on Samsung) and tap Downloads, or open Chrome's menu and tap Downloads. In Google Photos it shows under Library, in the Download folder. More in where do downloaded videos go.
